$\Rightarrow r=\alpha \beta$and $\alpha +\beta =p$ and $\frac{\alpha }{2}+2\beta =q$

$\Rightarrow \beta =\frac{2q-p}{3}$ and $\alpha =\frac{2(2p-q)}{3}$
