Detailed Solution

Liberals believed in Opposed the controlled power of dynastic rulers.
The people who believed in liberal ideology supported a multi-religious society that did not prioritize any particular religion. They also disapproved of dynastic lords. One vote per property was requested, however, women were not counted. Another group of people was called Radicals. They favored a society in which the majority of the populace would elect the authorities, and a number of them supported allowing women to vote. However, conservatives rejected the idea of reforms because they felt unprepared for them. They eventually consented to the impending changes, but they insisted that the past should also be remembered. In short, liberals discarded the idea of the controlled power of dynastic rulers.
