List changes in the body that take place at puberty.

Common changes occur among boys and girls during puberty:

1. Abrupt growth in height.
2. Altered body composition
3. Variation in voice. Girls' voices are high pitched, whereas boys' voices grow deep and gruff.
4. Increased sebaceous and sweat gland activity.
5. Reproductive organ development starts.
6. Secondary sexual traits that are visible.

Changes observed in males only:

1. The development of facial hairs like beards and moustaches. 
2. Hair grows under the armpit, under the chest, and in the pubic areas.
3. Their voice deepens  and gets rough. Their adam's apple becomes prominent.
4. Muscles grow and the shoulders enlarge and get broader.
5. Gain in weight is seen.

Changes observed in females only:

1. Breast enlargement is seen.
2. In the pubic and underarm areas, hair growth occurs.
3. Widening of the pelvic area and the hips.
4. Beginning of the menstrual cycle.
5. Fat accumulation around the hips.
