Detailed Solution

The right to employment is not available under the Indian Constitution. The six fundamental rights are the following: the right to equality, the right to freedom, the right against exploitation, the right to religious liberty, the right to cultural and educational freedom, and the right to legal recourse. The Fundamental Rights originally also contained the right to property (Article 31). The 44th Amendment to the Constitution eliminated the property right as a fundamental right and replaced it with a new article, Article 300-A, which makes it a constitutional right.
