Detailed Solution

Lok Sabha has more powers than Rajya Sabha.
Or in other words, Lok Sabha (also known as the Lower House) is more powerful than the Rajya Sabha (also known as the Upper House). The difference in the powers of the two Houses of Parliament arises from the fact that India is a democratic country, and the people of India directly elect the members of the Lok Sabha. In contrast, they do not directly elect the members of the Rajya Sabha. Lok Sabha has significant powers to make certain decisions, whereas Rajya Sabha can make most of the decisions when approval is provided by the House of the People (Lok Sabha).
