Magnetism is highest at the poles of a magnet.
A magnet has the ability to attract small pieces of iron. There are two poles of any magnet: the North and South pole. If we take some iron fillings on the paper and then put the bar magnet on it, then the maximum iron filings will be attracted to the ends of the bar magnet and very less at the centre of the magnet, and this experiment proves that the magnetism is maximum at the ends of a bar magnet.
