Detailed Solution

Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act 2005 is called Right to work. This is because they are willing to do unskilled work to earn their livelihood. This 100 days of employment is provided to the workers every financial year. It is a 100 % centrally sponsored scheme. NFFWP was introduced in 2004 to intensify the generation of jobs. The Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act is the substitute for NFFWP. In 2013-14, nearly five crore households got employment opportunities under this centrally planned scheme.
