1)      Large farmers own large plots of land and employ other small farmers and agricultural labourers to work on their farms and pay them wages.
2)      Small farmers who have small plots of land. When they don’t have any work, they work on the farms of large farmers.
3)      Agricultural labourers work on the farms of large farmers and earn daily wages.
4)      In villages, people also engage in pastoral activities, fishing if the village is on river banks or the coast, lumbering, etc.
