$C_{12} H_{22} O_{11} + H_{2} O \to 2 C_{6} H_{12} O_{6} ΔH = ?$

= – 2526 + 2523 = – 3
Since $∆$ H = –Ve, the reaction is exothermic so increase of temperature decreases the degree of hydrolysis
In the first 50 min, reduction in concentration
