Detailed Solution

Feb. 27, 1931- February was the year, and Chandrashekhar Azad reached martyrdom on Feb. 27, a terrible day.
Azad became involved in the Indian national movement while he was a young man. While taking part in Mohandas K. Gandhi's noncooperation movement (1920–22) in Banares (now Varanasi), he was detained by the police at the age of 15, and he gave his name as Azad (Urdu: "Free" or "Liberated") and his address as "prison." Although due to his age, he was not imprisoned, he received a severe flogging from the police. He quickly became a hero among the Indian people thanks to the Indian National Congress (Congress Party). Hence this is correct.
