Ryotwari system:
The Ryotwari system was a revenue collection system introduced by Captain Alexander Read and Thomas Munro in 1820. Cultivators had ownership of land, and settlement was done directly with them.
Mahalwari system:
The Mahalwari system is a village-based settlement. Holt Mackenzie introduced this system in  1822. In this system, they estimated the revenue of each land and fixed the tax.
Permanent Settlement:
The permanent Settlement system is also called Jagirdari. Lord Cornwallis introduced this approach in 1793. According to this settlement, land revenue was fixed, giving the company a regular income.
Land Revenue System:
Land revenue was one of India's primary income sources for British colonists. During India's British control era, there were three different land revenue policies: the System of Zamindari,  the System of Mahalwari, and System Ryotwari.
