Aiyar- The Chola rulers frequently bestowed titles on wealthy landowners; one such title bestowed on the chief was Araiyar.
Brahmadeya- During the Chola era, various forms of land grants with unique names occurred. On the other hand, Brahmadeyas were the names of the land grants made to the Brahmans. The landlord Brahmans of the local assembly or Sabha took care of these brahmadeyas.
Nagaram- The association of traders, or anagram, was periodically in charge of governmental duties.
Devadatta- During the Chola era, there were also different land grants. This particular land grant was given to the kingdom's temples.
