Detailed Solution

1)      Duty of Central Government: There are many different duties under the government's power. As a result, management takes place at several levels. There are three levels of government - Central, State and Local levels. Each level oversees, regulates, and handles issues specific to that level. The issue that affects the entire nation is handled at the Central level. National security is one of the key responsibilities of the central government.
2)      Democracy: It is a form of government in which the country's people elect the government. Thus, the people rule through their elected representatives. In a democracy, the government is required to defend its judgments and provide a justification for its actions.
3)      Franchise: Franchise means the right to vote. Many modern democracies are based on the principle of Universal Adult Franchise, which means that every adult citizen, regardless of wealth, gender, caste, or any such classification, has the right to vote in the elections to choose the leaders of the country.
4)      Shah Jahan: The rule of a king is referred to as a monarchy. The king is thus called the monarch. In mediaeval India, this form of government was predominant. They have no responsibility towards the people. Shah Jahan was a Mughal monarch.
5)      Hitler: In a dictatorship, an individual or small group of individuals with complete control over the populace is in charge, frequently through force, such as the military. Often, dictators are not answerable to the people they rule over. Hitler was a German dictator.
