Detailed Solution

1)      The Amarkantak Plateau is where the Narmada rises, close to the Anuppur district. It acts as the dividing line between North and South India historically. After the Krishna and Godavari, India's third-most significant river is the Narmada, also known as the Rewa and historically as Nerbudda. It is sometimes referred to as the "Life Line of Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh" because of its substantial and varied contributions to these two States.
2)      The Brahmaputra is a transnational river that passes through Bangladesh, India, and Tibet. In addition, it is known as Luit, Dila in Assam, Siang/Dihang River in Arunachal Pradesh, and the Yarlung Tsangpo in Tibet. It rises in Tibet to the east of Mansarovar Lake, adjacent to the Indus and Satluj springs.
3)      The Madhya Pradesh region of central India is the source of the 724 km long Tapi River. It begins in the Gawilgarh hills of the Deccan plateau in Madhya Pradesh's southern Satpura range and travels across Maharashtra's Jalgaon plateau.
