The famous Jallianwala Bagh Massacre occurred on the 13th of April in 1919. A large peaceful crowd had gathered to protest against the arrest of Indian independence leaders in Amritsar, Punjab. General Dyer and his army opened fire on these protesters who were stuck in Jallianwala Bagh as there was only one exit.

Alluri Sitarama Raju was executed in 1924 by the British. In Andhra Pradesh, the colonial government closed large forest areas, making them inaccessible to the tribal people. This enraged the tribal people, who started to revolt and were led by Alluri Sitaram Raju.

The Second Round Table Conference, which took place in London from the 7th of September to the 1st of December 1931, was attended by the INC and Mahatma Gandhi Gandhi.

In 1930, Gandhi started the Dandi March/Salt March by breaking the salt law.
