Detailed Solution

Oudh Kisan Sabha was set up:
The Oudh Kisan Sabha was established by prominent leaders like Jawaharlal Nehru and Baba Ramchandra in October 1920. The struggles and grievances of the peasants were thus integrated with the non-cooperation movement by the efforts of Congress later.
Indian Emigration Act:
The Indian Emigration Act of 1859 denied permission to the plantation workers to leave the tea gardens. They were confined in their workspace which made them defy the authorities and return to their villages. They intended to join the Non-Cooperation movement to attain Swaraj.
Alluri Sitaram Raju was executed in:
Alluri Sitarama Raju was an Indian revolutionary. He campaigned armed against British colonial control in India. Born in modern-day Andhra Pradesh, he became active in the fight against the British in response to the 1882 Madras Forest Act, which severely restricted Adivasis' free movement in their forest homes and forbade them from practicing podu. Rising anti-British sentiment culminated in the Rampa Rebellion of 1922, in which he played a key role as a leader and was executed in 1924.
The arrival of the Simon Commission:
The Tory Government in Britain set up a Statutory Committee under Sir John Simon to look into the constitutional system in India. The Simon Commission arrived in India in 1929. But, as no Indians were included in this committee, it was welcomed by slogans ‘Go Back, Simon”.
