Detailed Solution

Members of Lok Sabha are elected by the people.
Associates of the Lok Sabha are chosen by Indian residents in a national election every five years. They are chosen in general elections via universal adult suffrage. According to the Constitution, the Lok Sabha can have an utmost of 552 members, with 530 seats from the states, 20 from the seven Union Territories, and two from the Anglo-Indian residents assigned by the President. The entire elective seats are apportioned amongst states in such a manner that the percentage of seats allotted to each state vs. the state's population is almost equivalent in all states.
