1)      Cheap labour- Any MNC wants to set up its production only where it can get cheap labour; this will reduce its cost of production and result in more output. Hiring cheap labour will not only save the cost of production but also enable it to make additional investments in further resources.
2)      Raw material- Any MNC wants to set up in an area with abundant raw material available easily. This will save the cost of transportation and make it easier for it to set up the production unit.
3)      Favourable government policies- Before entering other countries' markets, MNCs find government policies regarding trade, tariffs etc. If government policies are favourable, it becomes easier for the MNC to do business with specific government rules, regulations, and policies. Even the Government gives some subsidies to set up industries in remote areas.
