Mole fraction of a non electrolyte in aqueous solution = 0.07

Kf=1.86

Depression in freezing point = ?

Mole fraction of solvent = 1- mole fraction of non electrolyte

X1=1X2=10.07=0.93

Depression in freezing  point,.

ΔTf=i×m×Kf

Since the solute is non electrolyte, i=1

 Molarity, m= No. Of moles of solute  Mass of solvent in Kg

ΔTf=1.86×0.07×10000.93×18 =7.78K

Therefore, ΔTf=1×4.18×1.86=7.78C

Hence, correct option  is D.
