Multiplication 2 times: (-2)×(-2)=4 Multiplication 4 times: (-3)×(-3)×(-3)×(-3)=9×9=81 Multiplication 6 times: (-1)×(-1)×(-1)×(-1)×(-1)×(-1)=1×1×1=1 Hence, the result is a positive integer when a negative integer is multiplied even number of times.
