National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) is the Consumer court at the national level.
Under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986, the three-tier Quasi-judicial machinery was formed. The Quasi-judicial was formed on three levels: state, district, and national level. There is a certain value through which a consumer can file a complaint in these consumer courts according to the damage and the value of compensation. If a consumer is not satisfied with the judgment of the consumer court, then he/she is willing to appeal to the next level of court. The national level is the highest court and allows disputes exceeding the value of Rs 1 crores.
