Newton’s First Law of motion expresses that a body at rest will remain at rest and body at motion would remain in uniform motion unless an unbalanced force works on it to change its state of uniform motion. 

Galileo’s Law of Inertia expresses that; if no net force works on an object, the object maintains in the same state of motion and it is a restatement of Newton’s First Law of Motion. The first law of Motion is also called Galileo's law of inertia.
