Obelia does not exhibit 

Obelia is a cnidarian. It exhibits metagenesis (alternation of polyp and medusa stages in the life history). It undergoes indirect development which includes the metamorphosis of planula larva into adult. Metabolism is a defining feature of all living organisms. 

Metamerism is met with in annelids, arthropods and chordates. Cnidarians (e.g., Obelia) are unsegmented.
