The quantity of ice cream cones sold over the course of a week can be determined from the provided pictogram as follows.
On Monday,  5×2 = 10
On Tuesday, 8 ×2=16
On Wednesday, 6×2=12
On Thursday, 3×2+1
⇒On Thursday, 6+1=7
On Friday, 7×2= 14
On Saturday,  4×2=  8
Total number of ice cream =10+16+12+7+14+8
⇒Total number of ice cream =67
So, during the week 67 ice cream cones were sold.
