October Revolution was a conflict between the provincial government and the Bolsheviks. The coup was the second and, hence, the final important part of the 1917 Russian Revolution. With the backing of the Leningrad Garrison and Kronstadt sailors, the Bolshevists crystallised this Military Revolution Committee. Russia was one of Europe's most destitute countries. A large group of landless farm labourers is rising among the poor and exploited industrial workers. Communists were required to establish an industrial zone and to lead economic and social growth.
