Detailed Solution

On 3rd March 1933, the famous Enabling Act was passed to establish a dictatorship in Germany.
The famous Enabling Act was passed to establish a dictatorship in Germany and to ensure the intimidation and persecution of Jews. All 81 Communists and 26 of the 120 Social Democrats were prevented from taking their seats by Hitler and the Nazi Party, who also imprisoned them in concentration camps. The judges supported the Nazi Party, or German judges did not interfere and challenge the law. According to the German Judges, the government of Hitler was legitimate, and they felt that they owed him their allegiance and support as they regarded themselves as state servants. The Enabling Act became the cornerstone of the Nazi regime in Germany and gave full authority to the dictatorship of Hitler.
