The molecular mass of iodine=127 g/mol
So, the molecule of iodine present in 254 g of iodine=254g127g/mol                                                                                               => 2 mol

Now, the molecular mass of oxygen =16 g/mol

So, the molecule of oxygen present in 80 g of oxygen=80 g 16 g/mol                                                                                                 =>5

Therefore, the formula will be I2O5..
