Sucrose is dextrorotatory.   Specific rotation of sucrose is $+66.5^o$

Invert sugar is equimolar mixture of glucose ($+52.5^o$)and fructose  $\left(-92.4^o\right)$. It is laevorotatory. 

Ribose is laevorotatory;
