Ozone hole over Antarctica appears during late August - early October.

During late August to early October, the strong westerlies winds circulate around the Antarctic continent creating a polar vortex which results in the formation of the polar stratospheric clouds. These clouds trap most of the gases like chlorine and bromine. When sunlight returns to Antarctica in September and October, these gases activate leading to rapid ozone loss.
