Detailed Solution

Pakistan and Bangladesh have a democratic form of government. However, there are specific points of difference between the two countries; Pakistan has an increased or growing presence of military rulers and clergies and few aristocrats in politics, whereas in Bangladesh, due to increased dominance of party members and political parties, there are frequent clashes and overthrowing of governments; also it is believed that due to turf between India and Pakistan, the military presence has increased in politics of Pakistan. Bangladesh is considered to have a mixed record/ history of democratic and non-democratic forces while it gained independence in 1971.
