Detailed Solution

Pastorals communities found in Africa were regulated by British colonists.
The pastoral groups in Africa were not allowed to enter the markets in white areas because they were considered dangerous by white colonists. Pastoral communities like Bedouins, Berbers, Maasai, Somali, Bosan, and Turkana are found in Africa. As the British colonists (white) had rule over most of the area of Africa, so they restricted the pastoral groups and communities from entering the city areas and markets. British (white) colonists thought that pastoralists lived with cattle all the time, so they thought it could be dangerous for their health if the pastorals entered the city's market area.
