Detailed Solution

1)      The Per Capita Income of rich countries is US$ 12,056 and above.
2)      According to 2017 data published by the World Development Report, countries with a per capita income of US $12,056 per annum and above in 2017 are called rich countries. And countries with a per capita income of US $955 or less are called low-income countries.
3)      The World Bank classifies them into three categories: rich countries, middle-income countries, and developing countries. India is a low-middle-income country because its per capita income in 2017 was just US $1,820 per annum.
4)      Rich countries include Qatar, Macao, etc. And emerging countries include Burundi, Libera, Mali, Sierra Leone, Benin, and Madagascar.
