the maximum kinetic energy of photoelectrons depends only on the frequency of light and is independent of intensity

electric charge of the photoelectrons is quantized

there is a minimum frequency below which no photoelectrons are emitted 

even when the metal surface is illuminated with very small intensity the photoelectrons (if  $v\ge v_{th}$ ) leave the surface immediately
