If Planck’s constant (h), velocity of light (c) and universal gravitational constant (G) are the fundamental quantities, assume L = hx Cy Gz

Where x, y, z are constants

M0L1T0=(ML2T1)x(LT1)y(M1L3T2)z

Equating dimensions of fundamental quantities on both the sides

 M0=Mxz   xz=0,x=z(1) L1=L2x+y+3z 1=2x+y+3x5x+y=1(2)(x=z) T0=Txy2z 0=x+y+2z 0=3x+y y=3x(3)

Substituting in (2),

 5x3x=1 x=1/2 z=1/2 y=3/2

so,  L=h1/2G1/2C3/2=hGC3/2
