Plasma membrane is made up of protein and lipid (both A and B).

Plasma membrane is inner to cell membrane ( in case of plant cells). It is semi-permeable meaning it can transfer specific substances as per requirement. It is made up of proteins and lipids (derivatives of fatty acids). It regulates the transport of materials entering and exiting the cell.
