Prostate glands are located below seminal vesicles.

The prostate glands, seminal vesicles and bulbourethral glands are all glands of the male reproductive system. The prostate gland is a small and walnut-shaped gland located beneath the seminal vesicle. It secretes a fluid that nourishes and protects sperm. Secretions of prostate  and seminal vesicle combine to generate the majority of the fluid portion of the semen.
