Detailed Solution

The law against child labour was implemented in 1986.
According to the Child Labor (Prohibition and Regulation) Act of 1986, it is illegal to hire children under the age of 14. The law prohibiting child labour went into effect in 1986. According to the Child Labor (Prohibition and Regulation) Act of 1986, a "child" is anyone under the age of fourteen. According to Article 24 of the Indian Constitution, no kid under the age of fourteen may be employed in any industry, mine, or dangerous activity. Transportation of products and people, construction work, auto workshops, carpet and fabric manufacturing, cement manufacturing, fireworks makers, and so on are all dangerous occupations. The penalty for violating labour law is a six-month to two-year prison sentence.
