As per question, 10% of x = Rs 5000

$\Rightarrow$$\frac{10}{100}$$\times$x = Rs 5000

$\Rightarrow$x = $\frac{5000 \times 100}{10}$

$\Rightarrow$ x = 50,000.

$\therefore$Ram's income is Rs 50,000.
