Aman Das, the Gond raja of Garh Katanga, took Sangram Shah's title. He got his son Dalpat married to the princess Durgawati, daughter of Salbahan, Rajput raja of Mahoba. After the death of Daplat, Rani Durgawati ruled as a regent for his 5-year-old son, Bin Narain. The kingdom became more extensive under her rule.
