RBI comes under the Union List. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is known as the bank of banks in India. It manages the flow of money in the market and issues currency while also giving loans to the country's other banks. Since banking is a subject of national importance, and so is the RBI, it comes under the Union List of the Seventh Schedule of the Constitution of India. The Union List consists of subjects which come under the jurisdiction of the union or central government. The other two lists are the State List and the Concurrent List.
