The fluid nature of the plasma membrane helps in many physiological activities like cell growth, secretion, endocytosis and cell division etc. The fluid nature of the plasma membrane is due to phospholipid bilayer.
The cell wall provides shape for the cell. It also acts as a barrier to various pathogens. Because of its rigid nature, the cell wall also gives mechanical strength.
The Cytoskeleton plays a major role in mechanical support, motility and maintenance of shape. The cytoskeleton is present in the cytoplasm of eukaryotic cells.
A network of tiny tubular structures is RER. Rough ER is characterised by the presence of ribosomes. These ribosomes are involved in protein synthesis. 
Darkly stained reticular structures are Golgi complex. It plays a central role in the processing, modification, and sorting of proteins and lipids synthesized in the endoplasmic reticulum.
