Detailed Solution

Article fifteen is our fundamental right in the third part of our Indian Constitution. It states the right against discrimination based on caste, race, religion, sex, and birthplace. If anyone in India discriminates against someone on these five grounds by any chance, if they are eligible to avail the opportunity, if anybody can try this, then that person is strictly punishable and found suspended or disqualified for this offence. Article fifteen states that no one should be discriminated against for following their culture or choosing the faith that they need to pursue based on gender, race, or caste. Article 14 is based on the core principle that all of us, no matter who we are, enjoy the same human rights and should have equal access to them. The protection against discrimination in the Human Rights Act is not 'free-standing'.
