Detailed Solution

The Right to Freedom is a fundamental right guaranteed by the Indian Constitution. It includes several freedoms. Article 19 includes freedoms like the freedom of speech and expression, freedom to move or settle in any part of the country, freedom to organise protests, meetings, and rallies,  freedom to form associations and unions, and freedom to practise profession and trade one's choice. Article 20 provides protection when someone is convicted of any offence. Article 21 gives one of the most important rights, i.e. the Right to Protection of Life and Personal  Liberty. Article 21 (A) grants the Right to Education to everyone. Though the Indian Constitution grants several freedoms, one needs to ensure that their Right to Freedom does not hamper the release of other individuals.
