Saadat Khan was in charge of the Awadh province.
Muhammad Nasir's son, Saadat Ali Khan, served as the Subahdar Nawab of Awadh (Oudh) from 26 January 1722 until 19 March 1739 (c. 1680–1739). When he was 25 years old, he went with his father on the last expedition of the Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb against the Maratha in the Deccan, for the empEighteenth-Century of Khan Bahadur. In the seventeenth century, the Sikhs organised themselves into various bands called jathas and afterward misls. Burhan-ul-Mulk Sa'adat Khan was in charge of the political (Subadari), financial (Diwani), and military (Faujdari) affairs of the province of Awadh. The political, economic, and military concerns of the province of Awadh were under his control.
