Detailed Solution

Sambad Kaumudi was published by Raja Rammohan Roy. Sambad Kaumudi (in Bengali) and Mir'at Al-Akhbar (in Persian), two weekly vernacular newspapers, were founded and edited by Raja Ram Mohan Roy (1772–1833). He was also a founding member of the English daily "Bengal Herald."
