Detailed Solution

Let Sameer has x number of Rs. 20 notes.
According to the question,
Number of Rs 5 notes = 2x
Also, Rs. 50 notes were one-fifth of the Rs. 20 notes
Implies, number of Rs. 50 notes = x5
Now, Amount of
Rs. 5 notes = 2x×5=10x
Rs. 20 notes =x×20=20x
Rs. 50 notes =x(50)5=10x
Since, Sameer has total of Rs. 200
 10x+20x+10x=200
 40x=200
x=5
Thus, the number of Rs. 5 notes =2x=2×5=10
Now, the number of Rs. 50 notes =55=1
Hence, Sameer gets 1 note of Rs. 50 note.
