According to the question,
Number of Rs 5 notes = 2x
Also, Rs. 50 notes were one-fifth of the Rs. 20 notes
Implies, number of Rs. 50 notes =

\frac{x}{5}

Now, Amount of
Rs. 5 notes =

2 x \times 5 = 10 x

Rs. 20 notes

= x \times 20 = 20 x

Rs. 50 notes

= \frac{x (50)}{5} = 10 x

Since, Sameer has total of Rs. 200
⇒

10 x + 20 x + 10 x = 200

⇒

40 x = 200

⇒

x = 5

Thus, the number of Rs. 5 notes

= 2 x = 2 \times 5 = 10

Now, the number of Rs. 50 notes

= \frac{5}{5} = 1
