Detailed Solution

Secular State means the State is impartial in the matters of religion.
Since the beginning, secularism has meant keeping a separation between the government and religious groups. The idea is based on the idea that religious activities or beliefs don't get in the way of the business of the state or community. In the context of the Indian Constitution, the word "secular" means that India is not a theocratic state, so there is no "official religion" that the government recognises. Part III of the Indian Constitution, called "Fundamental Rights," says that everyone has the right to freely practise the religion of their choice. It also says that everyone will be treated the same, whether or not they have any religious beliefs.
