Within the lungs, the Bronchi further divide into smaller tubes called "Bronchioles," which facilitate the distribution of air throughout the lungs.

Finally, the air reaches the "Alveoli," which are tiny air sacs within the lungs responsible for the actual exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide with the blood, enabling gas exchange and ultimately supporting the respiratory process.
