In Multiple Ovulation Embryo Transfer (MOET) technology, fertilised eggs at 8 to 32 celled stages are recovered non-surgically from super-ovulating cow and transferred to surrogate mother.

(2) MOET technology is used to rapidly increase the size of a herd by producing multiple offspring from a superovulating cow.

(3) Super-ovulation is induced in the cow by administering FSH-like hormones, which stimulate the development of multiple follicles in the ovaries, leading to the production of multiple eggs.

(4) After super-ovulation, the cow is either mated with an elite bull or artificially inseminated to fertilise the multiple eggs and produce embryos.
