Concept: Organisms that have only two germ layers during their embryo face are called diploblastic.Porifera are diploblastic. 
Organisms with radial symmetry can be divided into two equal halves with any plane passing through the central axis. Porifera shows the radial type of symmetry or asymmetrical symmetry.
Porifera live in aquatic habitats. They are sessile and show cellular level of organisation.
